How do I change PCI ROM priority if I can't get into UEFI?

I have a Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P which has an OC setup by scan.co.uk. It also has a stock ROM which I sometimes go back to if I get BSOD's.

Now the problem is, my stock ROM has the PCI ROM Priority set to "EFI Compatible ROM" but I need it to be "Legacy ROM" but I can't get into UEFI to change it...

I currently have an 83 second POST, and if I press DEL to enter the BIOS I just get a blank screen.

I've tried installing Gigabyte's TOUCH Bios tool into Windows 8.1, but it tells me I don't have a Gigabyte motherboard so won't install.

Any advice is welcome!

Is there a button on the motherboard?

Try a CMOS reset - power off, remove motherboard battery, wait 10 mins, put battery back in, restart PC
