I'd like to share my experiences so far, and ask a few questions. This will probably help anyone who needs to RMA in the future.
My Experience
I had to RMA a motherboard, and made an RMA number. I had Google Buyer Protection get Newegg to give me free shipping. After being delivered on Tuesday, it passed inspection on Thursday. This is where I am right now.
Some Questions
These are directed to people with experience with Newegg RMA -- the more, the better.
Does the replacement come in a new box? Do they skimp on any of the contents? And how long does Newegg take to ship it out after inspection is passed?
