I am currently building a new pc in which I plan to run 2 gtx 970's in SLI oc'd and a i7-4790k oc'd. What kind of powerdraw will I be looking at. I am currently in possesion of a EVGA 850 Supernova G2 which I had left over from another build will that be enough ? its only 3 months old.

Complete system:
i7-4790K
Asus Maximus VII Hero
4x Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600MHz CL10
EVGA Supernova 850W G2
840 EVO 128gb ssd
840 EVO 512gb ssd
2TB Seagate HDD

Case:
Cooler Master Haf Stacker 935 + haf stacker 915R

Also I am trying to figure out what aftermarket builder to go with. I was planning on evga but i heard a lot of bad things about it and it seems like Gigabyte G1's have a bit more room to oc ?

Please advise, thanks in advance :)

I actually have:
i5-4670k OC 4.4Ghz @ 1.25v
2x GTX 970 SLI (Gigabyte Gaming G1, 1367mhz each/stock)
GTX 750Ti PhysX (Gigabyte Windforce, 1450Mhz)
256GB SSD
+ 2x 2TB HDD's.

I also happen to have it hooked up into a Kill-A-Watt right now.

Running Folding@Home with 100% load across All three GPU's, and 100% cpu usage, My total power consumption is 430w Peak.

My PSU is a 750W Rosewill TACHYON (Platinum Rating).

---So basically you're golden with any DECENT 650w PSU, just make sure it has the required connectors. (I use a 2x Molex -> 1x PCI-E 6x connector for my 750Ti)

Haha awesome, that is what I am looking at, but if the load is that low I might add an extra card.. though i am not quite sure if that would fit but I like the idea of having an extra card just for physx.

Funny thing is i have that same card laying around Asus Gtx 750 ti :p

Just not sure if that will all fit, it should though.

My second GPU jumps 11C higher with my 750Ti in, and it's really only Borderlands that I use PhysX on. Mainly it's just there to do Folding@Home whilst I game in SLI.
