unparking cpu threads

i have a core i3 2120 3.3 ghz with 2cores 4 threads,if i unpark the threads do i get performance boost?

and what does Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology,and Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology do?can i overclock my core i3?

Not sure about unparking, but Hyper-Threading is a feature that allows a processor's cores to do more work at one time under certain conditions. It is why your processor is listed as having 2 cores and 4 threads. Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology is a feature that lowers the clock speed of your processor when idle.

As for overclocking, unless your processor is a K-series processor (like the I5-3570K I have in my computer), overclocking your processor is severely limited.
