Why Only 3 Screen Resolution Options?

I do not know why I only have three screen resolution options:
1600x900
1024x768
800x600

I would like 1366x768

I am using a Dell Latitude e6420 that has an Intel HD 3000 Graphics and NVIDIA NVS (Laptop) 4200M w/ Optimus - the screen size is 14".

The Dell System Analysis tool (which shows which drivers are needed on my computer) only mentions that I need the Intel Management Engine 7.1 Components Installer (which I have already installed, but it doesn't recognize that).

If I try to change the resolution (create a Custom Resolution) via the Intel HD Graphics properties it will give me the warning that altering resolutions may cause system instability...(along with a list of other complications). So I do not go forward with creating a custom resolution.

Other info:
I have installed most of the Windows Updates, I haven't installed all of them -- not sure if they are necessary (10 important, 52 optional left over, none referring specifically to display/graphics).

This update was installed via Windows Update: nVidia - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3, Other hardware - NVIDIA NVS 4200M
