Since Windows Home Server is pretty much Windows 7 I posted here.

I am using the Dashboard to create server folders on the pooled RAID drive for the network PC's to see, but after a few days, the folders disappear and I have to create them again. No data is lost, the folders are still there, they just disappear from the dashboard and are not visible to the network PC's. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix this?

Solution
WHS 2011 is based on Windows Server 2008, not so much on Windows 7.

When you create a shared folder thru Dashboard, it should be also seen under "Computer Management" / "Shared FOlders". What happens when they dissapear?

Are talking remotely or on on the server itself? I can't access them remotely. And navigating through the pool drive directly on the server is the only way to access them (I think). The permissions or settings did not change.
