Solution
Though the PSU isnt the best quality, you should be able to run the card.
However, your processor will heavily bottleneck that card.

tbh my computer now runs watch dogs on high to ultra 1080p, call of duty advanced warfare on high @1080, i can not fault my pc and how it is, besides the 20 to 30 fps, i want ultra setting and i will get my computer upgraded at some point,

Q; how good is a GTX770 ref card not msi, asus or aftermarket!

I would recommend holding off on upgrading until you can upgrade the CPU and GPU at the same time.
I also recommend the 970 over the 770, with newer cards coming out soon as well.

The reference 770s arent the best in terms of thermals, you should look into aftermarket.
