Cheapest possible star citizen computer

According to the website the graphics adjusted specs are:
MIDDLE:
i5-2500 3.3 Ghz
8 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 670
25GB HDD space.
These hardware components would work well by adjusting the graphics in game to about the middle. The minimum specs I would not go with for you have to put it on the lowest possible settings but if you want the cheapest that would be the way which would be the following:
MIN:
Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz
8 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 460 768MB
25GB HDD space
Like I said the minimum specs the game will run but only on the lowest possible settings and I could not guarantee the best gameplay.
As for where the get the parts to build your computer I use newegg.com. I find the cheapest prices usually there because they are a computer part whole seller. You can also use tigerdirect.com. It is very close to black friday. If you have the money now wait till then newegg.com has crazy black friday specials.
