I'm upgrading the memory on my friends laptop. It has an i5 2430M and supports DDR3-1066/1333. I also checked out the motherboard specs and it supports DDR3/1333MHz. I got on newegg and see the following choices

DDR3 1333 (pc3 10600)
DDR3 1333 (pc3 10660)
