My pc gives single short beeps from cpu anytime between 1 min or 50 sec gaps
Is that fine?

according to the doc, short beeps means that there is a power issue. your psu may not be providing enough juice. when did it start anyway? the link i gave you also provides some troubleshooting steps you could try. they're on the next pages.
