It all depends on which games you're planning to play.
If i were to play high demanding games like Assassins creed unity, and the upcoming Far cry and Dragon age, i would definitly build my self a new PC. Those parts are too low-end, though you can keep your 4gb ram, upgrade to 8, and keep the HDD aswell.
If on the other hand, you're not that much into high end gaming, you can upgrade your rig.

i think its better of ou go for a new system

even if you upgrade your CPU will be a bottle neck , i assumed that you wnato game heavily

PS- mostly for that mobo you use 1333mhz ram so i have inculded just 4gb so that you can use the other (please post your RAM specs)

Hope it helps!!

I think you already have some parts like a cabinet, HDD, ram can be kept and upgraded.
I too am from India.

For what games and what settings will you be playing?
