Buzzing noise from my computer's monitor

First of all, I'm sure the sound is comming from the speakers. I muted and the buzzing stopped.
I have no problem when using a headset (even if using the same audio output).
It is really noticeable while playing Borderlands The Pre Sequel when managing inventory. If I click the arrow to switch between the inventory and equiped stuff, the buzzing happens for about 3 seconds and stops. It stops because after the sound of switching tabs, the game stays quiet.
Also happens when playing Space Engineers.
If the game is running on background (but it's quiet) and something on windows make a sound, the buzzing happens but a lot lower. And with the game closed, It's really hard to hear (I hear when it stops).
While playing the buzzing is always there because of the sound, but it's harder to notice because of the other sounds.
Any idea?

Edit: I don't know why this thread is under Windows Vista. I'm unsing Windows 8.1
Edit 2: I'm using DVI with aux audio, didn't test with hdmi because I don't have a cable

@uplink-svk
The noise from the video you sent is really high frequency, what i have here is a lot lower. And here the tone doesn't change.
And I'm sure it's comming from the speakers.

@HolyCowImAnoOb
It didn't fix it. I just tested here and if the monitor and the pc volume is maxed, the noise doesn't stop. If I gradually turn the pc volume down, the noise stops untill some sound plays (and stop again after a while, and it's the loop)

Well, since it's built in intrusion, I'm afraid You may have to go to RMA with Your LCD panel.

Can You specify Your exact model of Your LCD panel? Did You try disabling speakers speakers in Your LCD and using external speakers? Not headset, external speakers, even if it's the same.

That's a special model for few countries only. So I'll try it like this, do connect Your headphones, and run the Borderlands The Pre Sequel, max. the volume up, if it doesn't do the sound, it's speakers, and I'm afraid there's not much to do about it, besides RMA. It seems it's faulty hardware.

Does it do with music, movies, etc. also?

Yep, no buzzing when using the headphones
It's hard to tell if there is noise when music or movie is playing because of the sound. If there is noise when the music is playing, I can't hear it. The noise only bothers me when there isn't another sound playing together.
I think I'll buy external speakers. The sound of the built-in ones are bad anyways...
Thanks a lot for the help
