I'm using a Cooler Master 460w PSU (RS-460-PCAR-D3). I'm thinking of uprading some stuff and I would like to know if my PSU is capable with the following components.

Intel core i7 870 2.93ghz (not oc)
Asus gtx 760 DCU II OC
Hyperx fury 1600mhz 8gb ram
500gb hdd

Would the psu fit for the job? And if it doesn't, what psu wattage should i replace with? Feel free to give in some suggestions. Tq :)

I would replace that PSU before anything else it probably will run the GTX760 but there are many models and OEM's for that PSU and none good. Examples http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-460-W-RS-460-PMSR-A3-Power-Supply-Review/550/10

A 500watt unit is recommended
