Asus P8H61-M LX R2.0 no post, no keyboard, CPU fan working

Hey everyone!
I have an ASUS P8H61-M LX R2.0, Intel Celeron G530 2.40 GHZ, Corsair 2x4GB DDR3, 2xHDD, 1xDVD-RW. Built it 22 mos. ago. Suddenly, at boot, no video, no ps2 keyboard or HDD light. CPU fan running. USB mouse getting power. I've checked RAM in another computer, its fine. Changed the CMOS battery and the power supply to a Corsair VS 550.
How do I determine if it is the mobo or the CPU giving me problems?

try removing the processor and put it back in properly. disconnect all non-essential devices (HDD's, PCI and PCIe cards). if you don't have a built-in GPU on the board, reseat the GPU.

Thanks folks. Its the processor. It didn't work on an identical board, and the processor from the other computer works fine on this board.
