Mouse Slowly / Randomly Moving By it's Own.

Today i Bought an Optical Mouse , but when i Plugged in started to use it slightly moves by it's own so i leave it on Black Surface and Pointer Still slightly randomly moving by it's Own. i tried in Both Linux and WIndows , Same Issue... So Should i replace my Mouse?? is This Hardware Issue?? what Kind Of Hardware issue is This???
i have an other Optical mouse which is Working Fine...

I've seen that and it's probably the mouse,maybe blow dust out of the mouse,otherwise replace it or better ask the store for a replacement.

Dell Optical Mouse , Model is Not Listed on Box but Their is written on Box that "Cobra Develop High Performing Gaming Mouse" , No Exact Model is written..

I just looked at the price on your Newegg link - - a paltry $12 which is less than £8 in my money. I paid £24 for my current mouse (Microsoft wireless optical) and it's never given me any trouble. I don't use any mouse mat under it, just my desk surface which has a matte, wood-effect finish (laminate).

So is This Some-kind Of hardware Fault or What because i have never Seen Any Mouse which Do that Like This.
