keyboard and mouse not working after booting from win7 setup dvd

win 7 . i want to re-install or repair my system. I insert the setup dvd . I am asked to choose language ... I cannot use the keyboard and mouse. thanks for any help

If you use the USB keyboard/mouse, during install win7, don't use the USB3.0 port, you have to use the USB2.0 because you need the driver for USB3.0 ports.
