After a little research on that Seasonic unit, it wouldn't be of any use to you as it lacks the connectors needed to power your GPU, so the Antec is the obvious choice there. Antec are a great brand with a good history of producing solid products, so you should be perfectly fine with that one. On a personal note, my wife actually has an Antec power supply running her PC and it has done so flawlessly for over 2 years now, so I am also recommending the Antec VP550 based on personal experience with the Antec brand.

So here goes again one person on this forum told me that i need a 650w power aupply and is recommending me corsair vs650 i am totally confused now how much watt psu i need 650 or 550 ie corsair vs 650 v/s seasonic eco 500

You do not need anywhere near 650W. Not with that setup. I run a much more powerful setup on a 550W PSU and it is still more than I need. You would perfectly fine with 550W as it would leave plenty of power for upgrading to a more powerful GPU later down the line if you chose to. If anyone says you NEED a 650W PSU with the setup you have, just ignore them because they are completely and utterly wrong.
