why i get 100 to 300 fps in call of duty advanced warfare ? that makes my gpu overheating

i have
amd radeon hd sapphire 6770 1gb
cpu i5 3570k

I don't want to get that high fps in that game
I want only 30 to 60 only

how to fix it

im getting from 70 fps to 120 and sometimes 300 fps

I don't khnow how to Turn on VSYNC n that game

if you cannot turn v-sync on from the game, then turn it from ccc , gaming ,3d applications settings and then turn on v-sync

I have to admit, this is the first time I've heard someone complain that their FPS is too high.

V-Sync settings should be in the game options.

unfortunately too many FPS makes the GPU hotter, i play sniper elite 3 with 90+ FPS , but my gpu temps reaches to 78c .. that makes me think of turning on v-sync

Sry to jump in,my gpu fan is constanly spining even at idle at 23 degrees(gtx 970 palit jetstream)vaulty????
