Optimizing Acer aspire 9300: model with AMD Turion mk-36 processor and GeForce Go 6100 chipset on MyallM mainboard

Does anyone know:
1. what maximum speed processor can Acer Aspire 9300 support (or handle)?
2. what version of Bios needed to support dual core processor (if it is possible to upgrade with that one)?
3. what best cooling system can be installed to handle max supported speed processor (if that is necessary)?

I am trying to revive my old Acer laptop but not sure of these things so computer geek help is needed and will be much appreciated :).

First of all its an old computer period no amount of optimizing is going to help that. If there are a cpu upgrade for it, its not worth unless if its free or near to it.And hope all you intend to do on it is to look at pictures or medium quality videos while light browsing on the internet, Cause i doubt that it do more. Good luck
