How can I resize the message box in outlook 2007. To small can not see letters

I have no change when I "In Mail, on the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View." as I have no current view selection in my view menu. I have to add just the font in the view box to font 72 just to see any of the words I type. I have no idea how this happened and I have no idea after working on it to change it back. Is there a default option where I can change it to and start fron scratch?
