no. No pc can. The game is crap. unoptimized, boring, and not worth your time/money. Trust me, or the thousands of other reports over the web.

if/when they iron out the terrible bugs, I would imagine you should get 60fps on ultra @1080p with txaa.

Farcry will likely be much better than ACU. acu story sucks. Considering far cry is a ubisoft game, I would predict it will be riddled with issues on launch. May want to wait until the day or 2 after the game is released to get some review/user opinions
