Good Mobo for GTX 770?

Hello, I found this Mobo for cheap Gigabyte Z77-DS3H and I would like to know if there would be a problem with anything because I'm planing to run my GTX 770 on it, and also I would like to buy some budget i5 processor for playing games, please suggest some.
