RAID broke, converted to stand alone. Works fine but SSD model is stuck on "RAID 1 Volume SCSI fixed disc"

I have a system that used RAID 1. One of the drives fried ages ago. I broke the RAID, removed the driver, and all is OK. I went to upgrade the firmware in Corsair SSD tools and can't - the drive model number shows as "RAID 1 Volume SCSI fixed disc." I have other Corsair SSD's and don't have this problem. Any suggestions?
