Hello guys! I need help really bad. D";

Recently a IT guy came out to fix our wireless connection problems and ever since then he rested the router and now I can't get on game servers.

EX: When I open Minecraft, hit 'Multiplayer', all of my servers wont load.
I tried to turn on Port Forwarding but still no progress.
I would call my ISP but they can not do anything for another month with our tech stuff since there seems to be some problems in our lines they have to fix. But before the router reset the lines still had problems and it worked.

Please, please, please help! By the way, we have comcast if that helps.

Solution
Router settings. Get into your router and turn on QoS. Make sure no port blocking or incoming request blocking is selected. That should fix it. If not you can forward the correct ports manually if needed.

try to disable your firewall and run a game.

I found it! In terms for people who don't know what they were doing like me basically..

Go into your router settings. 10.0.0.1 or whatever.

Then once you get to it, find your way to security/firewall or something of that nature, turn the security down to low or completely off.
