Hi everyone,
In my case (Define R4), I have an SSD mounted behind the motherboard, and currently my HDD is sitting in the drive cages. I was considering moving it to the empty 5.25 bay below my DVD drive, and removing the lower drive cage for increased airflow. I know they aren't hot running components, but I just wanted to be sure that I wouldn't be causing it to overheat. I already have 2 intake fans, a rear exhaust, and 2 top fans as exhaust mounted on my h100i, so airflow isn't a problem. Do I need to be concerned about my HDD not having access to direct intake air?
