Can't enable Cpu Ez Oc tweaker in bios, help please.

I just got my cooler master from a friend for overclocking the old q6600.

My motherboard is p43de3 and the bios option for overclocking is on disable and doesn't let me change it as it's locked. Any solution to this ?

I've updated it to the last one 1.50 on a mistake when it already was 1.50 too, the point u get me, last bios there. Not prebuilt, everything on it atm is custom, motherboard first.
