I currently have a i5-2500k OC'd to run at 4.33gz. My current graphics card is a Gtx670 FTW.
If I upgrade to a gtx 970, would I be bottlenecked, or should I upgrade the CPU first? If so, what's a good CPU I can get for around 300 dollars?
