How does this list look? I don't intend on overclocking or using two GPU's pretty much ever. My budget is firm.

This build will be replacing my Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200/Radeon 7750/4GB RAM/500GB HDD Dell system from 2009. I've been doing a lot of reading, so hopefully I'm on the right track. Are the brands I chose ok?

You can remove the cooler but I just added it because there was $10 left and it will help reduce noise since the MSI GPU is very quiet !
