Normally I just start my pc and it automatically goes to my account. No passwords, nothing. When I tried just now, I got this: http://i.imgur.com/37WcOCf.jpg Nothing works. Safe mode, ctrl+alt+delete, admin-password, blank, nothing at all.
Something that may have caused this is that sometimes my monitor wont display anything/wake up from sleep mode, and the only way to make it show something is by reseting the power strip. I think i might've done this while windows was booting, but i'm not sure, and i've had to do it before and it wasn't hurt. Help?

Solution
Boot your PC from the System Repair CD which you should have made when Windows was working okay, and choose "Startup Repair".

If you bought Windows 7 on a DVD, you can also boot from that to run Startup Repair.
