Motherboard won't acknowledge R7 260X, no matter what

Gigabyte motherboard with integrated graphics, will not boot up using the dedicated card I just installed. Tried updating drivers, tried wiping drivers, tried reinstalling card, nothing works. PCI slot is set to be first in BIOS. Thinking about just RMAing the card...

Most decent video cards have a power plug on them, make sure it's plugged in. If it's a straightup PCI card, and you can't see POST, cards probably no good.
