GTX 650 or AMD 6950?

Dear all.
My system is: Big size Dell optiplex 980 Core i5(3.2ghz)-12GB Ram-750 GB HD. Two questions:
1-Does it support 650w PSU(now it has 305w)
2-Right now I've installed a "Zotac GTX 650" 2GB graphic card. do you suggest to upgrade to "MSI r6950 Twin frozr iii Power Edition" 2GB or not? Will it make big changes in gaming performance?

Then you should just stay with 650 that upgrade won't give you much boost. Better save that money.

Thanks Thaisnang. I will keep my GTX 650. Indeed it is not that week & will run most of the games, such as Call of Duty advanced warfare. Next upgrade will be a GTX 690 on a Gigabyte board.
