Ive assembled my new build and cannot get post or bios display.
When powering on backup bios all components run but no display through onboard or external video.
No debug codes show
I've tried booting in all dual bios switch settings. If not booting from backup bios components power on and shot down a second after and repeat this cycle flashing red on the debug screen.
I've tried the troubleshooting sticky and all cables are connected.
I've tried swapping video cards, using ram in different slots, all dual bios switch settings, with and without ssd connected.

I plan to take it all out and check for unnecessary stand offs, check the cpu is seated correctly

Solution
Exactly. You may have to take it into a shop and ask them to do it. Or you'll have to buy a cpu it supports then do it

That mobo needs BIOS F9 the latest BIOS (since the latest is a beta) to support that CPU

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz 8MB 350 MHz / 1250 MHz Haswell Refresh 22nm C0 88W 100 F9
