Appropriate Build for HIGH settings on Crysis 3

So, I am wondering if this build would fare well as a gaming PC. What I would hope for is that it can play Crysis 3 on HIGH (not very high/ultra) at a pretty solid 60fps, never below 40fps. And if it could manage ultra, (I think it might) please, speak out.

Just for the record, this is the first PC I plan to build, so I'm very open to more... professional criticism or adjustments.
