Pc is lagging after getting new cpu,gpu,psu help

Hello i have build a new pc but having some lag issues.Pc is slowing sometimes i dont understand why (ım new ın pc)

My build is= amd r7 265,amd fx 8320,msi 970a g46,750w psu and got a 120gb ssd

Sometimes my pc just freezes or slows.After a few seconds it goes normal

Also sometimes dirty noise comes from speakers

What could be causing this to happen?

That motherboard is known to have issues with FX 8 core so if you can monitor CPU core speed you will know as well check your CPU temp.

make sure there is thermal paste on the cpu fan, and make sure the cpu fan is on right, having it on wrong causes so much issues. including a tonne of lag while gaming. i had this problem before with so much lag. and the power supply could also be the problem
