What's the safest temp for a i5 3570k.. I'm running it at 4.50ghz turbo boost. Getting temps around 90-110 under stress test but with gaming I'm getting around 70-80ish.. Cooling it with a H55 corsair.

I would say you are a little high, goal would be not to go much past 70° on normal load. Your cooler is small for that overclock and about the performance of budget air coolers like CM Hyper 212 EVO.
