I'm about to build a budget gaming PC and I'm not sure if the build is good enough.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sM6FHx this is the build I've made, is it good for the price range? How can I improve it? The budget is around 600-700.
Any kind of help is appreciated!:)

Solution
This will do nicely for that budget and will play games better then the 270X's others are suggesting:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($99.98 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.67 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB Black Edition Double Dissipation Video Card...

I have a build that's identical to his except for I have an R9 270 with an over clocked 6300 to 4ghz. It's amazing on every game I have. The $700 build is good for gaming. You don't need to spend that much to get good performance

Okay, thanks!. Yeah I know that it doesn't have an OS, the budget is for components only :)

After doing a bit of research I found a MSI GTX 780 Lightning (http://www.msi.com/product/vga/N780-Lightning.html#hero-overview) for 300, worth it? The price difference is only like 80 to the 270x here where I live. A 280x is also 300 here.

Admirable
The 780 is certainly more powerful. So much so that in some games it would take a overclocked FX 83xx or a 9xxx to not hold it back. As for BF4... it uses many cpu threads so its optimization makes it not an issue but most games use 1 or 2 threads currently.

I would recommend a i5 setup with the 780 but a overclocked 8320 will still give good frames per second.
