Bad fps on DayZ Standalone?

I'm currently running an AMD A10-5800k with a GTX 750ti and 8 gigs of RAM. Whenever I try playing DayZ Standalone I get about 32-38 FPS in a grassy field with no towns to be seen, and when im in a town I get anywhere from 12-18 FPS. The thing is this is only about 5 fps more than when I had my A6-5400k, and I have absolutely why it is such a low increase with better specs than before. Can anyone help me find a fix?

coz the cpu you swapped out was only marginally worse than your 5800k.

arma engine/dayz is very cpu bound so requires a higher end cpu to get the best out of it. but even then you will have issues with fps drops even with a 4770k or better.
all i can recommend is you try dropping settings for things like draw distance and geometry and hope you get playable results.
