Should I get the GTX 760 or 770 for next-gen games?

Both the GTX 760 and 770 are on sale right now so I want to get one but preferably the cheaper one. However I can afford the 770. I am also considering the 750. What card should I get for games like AC-Unity, The Witcher 3, and Dragon Age 3? Many thanks in advance!

P.S. By the way the sale will end soon so I'd appreciate a quick response, not to be rude. Much appreciated!! :)

I don't have to choose those too. Just that they are on sale. But I might get the 970 though I haven't done enough research on it. Will it handle everything on ultra settings with good FPS? Many thanks!
