Whats listed is whats needed.

The -£150 from budget is reserved for an ebay GPU, prob Nvidia in January.

More RAM and Cooler for OC'ing will come soon after that.

It's a frankenstien build pulled from other threads/reviews and I am considering spending more here and much less on GPU to get more/better/sooner PSU/SSD/RAM/Cooler and aim for top end GPU later next year.

Seem solid?

It's fine, I would upgrade to an XFX 550W they're only around £40 or so and a bit better quality than your current option.

Otherwise it looks great but you will want to buy a 1TB HDD(around £35) as 120GB isn't much space.
