Of course it will. What might be the problem is CPU in that motherboard, and Your PSU. They might/may not suffice. That motherboard will run everything that runs in PCi-e, even if it doesn't meet the PCi-e version, it mustn't, they're back compatibile.

my cpu : AMD FX unlocked 6300, i only asking if it will run on my mobo then i will buy a PSU that has a 500w ? or 600w?

With R9 270X 600+W PSU is recommended. A higher quality 500-550W will run it, with strong 12V PCi-e rails, but to be sure, get 600-650W good-grade PSU.

so many thanks sir, last question, will it okay to use the dvi port of the gpu instead of the hdmi? dvi to vga monitor?

Since R9 270x Vapor-X 2GB uses DVi-D [dual link] port, it's gonna be great. You can hook her up either on digital, or analogue [vga] LCD panel without any issues.
Just try to use higher quality analogue cable, with ferit endings, ferit shielding and golden coating. The same goes for adapter. Try to get one that is built in ferit body, with golden coating. Analogue signal is kind of squeamish, or delicate towards environmental interference, so it requires higher standart of cables/adapters/convertors, to achieve good results.
P.S.: After connecting it to the LCD panel [monitor], don't forget to use the "auto" function on Your LCD panel [monitor]!

thanks, my next upgrade for my rig would be fans, i also bought myself a case which have 4 extra slots of fan, ill think about using that "cooler with a radiator for cpu" next time.
