Hi, first post and sorry if this has been answered already, but I did my research and couldn't quite get a for sure answer, so here goes.
I recently bought an EVGA gtx 970 SC, and am working on getting a better cpu/mobo. However I don't know exactly which to pick. I have two friends telling me to get the fx8350, but based on my own research I feel the i5 4690k is better. And no I can't get any pricier due to budget.
My needs: dual monitor, 1920x1080 gaming with high/medium settings on one monitor, and Spotify, Skype, and Chrome/a movie running on the other.
So which would be better for my needs?
