The reason why I'm saying this it's because when I first got my pc I was told the PSU is just about almost right and wouldn't be enough if I installed anything else on there, now I had 2 x 2GB of ram (kingston) laying around and found an unknown Hard drive which is western digit green 1tb that's all info I could get from it, I decided to install them, boots fine, both work, but I don't want to run to issues later in future, my monitor is also 1920 x 1080 acer
My specs are

So even with my new installed 1TB + 2 X 2GB Ram sticks, it's still enough?

That would only add less than 15 Watts to your current system power consumption.
