Hi, I got a gtx 760 on a asrock fatal1ty 990fx killer board. So like everything is running smoothly. The fans on both the case and the radiator are on and working fine. The green light on the card is on as well so are the fans. My only problem is I'm not getting any display or picture plugged in via hdmi. I also used a dvi to hdmi converter and still no display is appearing. I'm not getting any memory beeps or anything seems like the only problem is the display. I've already switched the card to a different pci slot and still no display. Anybody got any ideas on what the problem is?

I'm going to end up sending back the card if I don't really get a helpful answer. :/ This is my first time building a amd system so idk if theres something I need to know about that will help. I'm use to building intel systems with integrated graphics which helped a lot in situations like this since I can't get any video from my computer.

the hdmi plugged into the cards can be flakily and not work out .. have you tried to go dvi or vga -card to the monitor??

well I use dvi[card] to hdmi and that seems to work 100% for me but after 3 trips to Wal-Mart for 3 hdmi to hdmi cables that never worked out , and lots of threads on this here to..
I don't use the dvi to hdmi converter this is a direct dvi to hdmi cord like this I use

also you may need the card to be up and running on its full driver to have what it takes for that to work [full hdmi] so if your using the card and not got its up to date driver installed that maybe the deal

I don't know but I do know that hdmi to hdmi is a joke and yes it may need driver support to work [??] all I know I found it to be more a pain than a help

I had the same problem when i built my computer eariler this year with a GTX 760, It turned out to be my ram, so try just putting 1 DIM in at a time. If that dosent work just start exchanging parts youll get the right one at some point...
