I just built my new computer.

Asus Maximus Hero VII
2 Asus R9290x-DOC2 Cards
The machine runs great, but in Asus Suit 3 it says one card is running at stock 1050 MHz and
the other is running at 300 MHz
Is this normal? and if not any advice on how to fix it?
