So my PC has an i7 4770(not K) That i would like to turbo boost from the stock GHz to GHz. But i only have a 500 watt power supply. I also have a 1.5 GB gtx 760 gpu. So could i turbo boost without upgrading my psu, or would that be pushing it?

You could sli 760 on a 750w with those specs. The recommended is 500w. You can't raise multi on a locked hw. Bclk is mostly a waste of time so the only worthwhile thing is the turbo loophole.

You need a better power supply , 750 watt is what I recommend . I think the 4770 is a locked cpu, you can still oc that but I would look on youtube for overclocking that one to see what other people are getting , but first thing I would do is get a better power supply . Then learn about base clock and multiplier , if its locked then you can only go so high with the multiplier
