I'm so hyped for this Christmas!
I'm building this PC: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/V4mjbv

I'm planning on using this PC for Gaming.

I already have the OS, a keyboard, and mouse.

What's the Max OC I could do on the CPU?

Is the Motherboard quality?

How many frames per second should I be expecting?

Is the PSU going to work alright?

Thank you for any responses!

Yeah it will be fine to overclock! Good well rounded build overall you made, overclocks in general vary per CPU as not all are the same (in the sense that one 4690k could hit 4.5ghz whilst another could only do 4.1ghz as examples) so it's just about luck of the draw too.
