I am thinking of these two graphics card and I want to know if it is worth to wait and save money for the R9-270.

Palit GTX 750 Ti Stormx OC 2gb (non-dual) is about $117 in my country and the HIS R9-270 iPower IceQ X2 2gb is about $173.

I currently have 17.3" 1600x900 monitor and wanting to upgrade to 1080p monitor. (Still undecided)

My current system:

A8-6600K
Gigabtye F2-A88XM-HD3
Kingston 8gb 1866 mhz
Corsair VS 450 Power supply

I play games with my APU at 720p like Tomb Raider (Medium @ 25-30fps), Battlefield 3 Multiplayer (Low @ 27-32fps), NBA 2K15

You'll probably be bottlenecked by the apu a bit, but on ebay you can find a Radeon 7970 for a bit over $100. Not sure about shipping though...

I think I would go for GTX 750 Ti to save money for other upgrade (I might sell and upgrade my monitor from 900p to 1080p or buy SSD). I can also do overclocking the GTX 750 Ti. What do you think?

Look at the 750 Ti review, the 270 offers more bang for the buck.

I think I will buy the 750 ti so I can upgrade my system. My planned path would be buy 750 ti > sell my 900p and buy 1080p monitor > buy ssd > might change platform (intel or keep my board and wait for better fm2+ cpu) > upgrade psu > then buy higher end graphics card....The GTX 750 ti would be enough for me, I just dont really care about ultra settings, medium/high is ok as long my eyes says the game is playable.
