Here are my system specs:

Psu - Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750PCBUS 750W
Mobo - asus M5A78L-M XL plus
Cpu - FX 8320
Ram - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB
Gpu - r9 270x vapor-x

Should I buy a custom water cooling system for the cpu or an extra r9 270x vapor-x for crossfire?

Also I have not ordered all of the parts for my pc yet so if there is something that is not compatible please tell me.

Instead of spending all that money (Probably around $200), you should sell your 270X and get a GTX 970

You can't build a custom loop for $100 unless you buy used parts (NEVER a good idea with watercooling)

Do you currently have a 270X? If so you should sell it and get a better GPU. The 270x won't be enough for good next-gen gaming

I do already have a gpu and all I have to spend is $100 for another gpu or a water cooler.

I'd save that money up if I were you. You could eventually amass enough to get a better GPU. Water cooling isn't worth it unless you already have a medium-high end system

I can't save it up because my mother is paying for everything and I am sneaking an extra $100 into my budget. And is not my computer medium-end my specs are in the first post.

Oh, in that case get a good Air Cooler and OC your 8320 to 4.6 or so. Big air Coolers are better than AIO water coolers
