GT 730 With a Core 2 Duo

Hello guys, today my GT440 stopped working, the fan stopped and it has high temperatures (52 minimum - 90 top), so I was looking for a replacement and I found the PNY gt 730 1gb DDR5 in Amazon for 65$ (my budget is 70$)

My question is, it will run on my PC without bottleneck?:

Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8ghz

Motherboard: Intel DG31PR

3 GB RAM (probably 4)

At 1440x900

It is for gaming, I just want something like my GT 440 that can run games at least in LOW settings. I just play Teltalle Games, Lego Marvel... FIFA 14 games like those... The only next gen game that I play is Shadow of Mordor that use to run at 30 fps with my gt 440.

And also, im buying a corsair cx 430 power supply

Yep for low settings it will be good enough
430 W will be sufficient :)

Awesome then, and no bottleneck?

This is a huge improvement from my gt 440 I suppose?
