Solution
yep its likely the mmu has either been damaged or the ram has. it can happen very easily with the i5/i7 onchip mmu.
best check the ram first on another build to see if that is the problem. if it works fine then its likely you have damaged the cpu.
my guess would be its mismatched ram
check the ram manufacturers timings against what bios is setting the ram to.
make sure all your ram timings match if there mismatched you may be stressing the mmu to the point it fails and could result in hardware damage.
if the timings are off try setting them all the same and see if the system boots. if it does then stress test the ram.

[/img]plz explain me bro how to fix it step by step from the bios and match the timings i dont know anything about it any help will be appreciated
my pc details are as followed
i3 2120@3.3 ghz , 2x4 8gb ddr3 ram twinmos 1333 mhz ram ( one 4gb is new ) , Sapphire R9 270 2gb ddr5 , win8.1 x64 ,Asus P8 H61 MLX3 r2.0 mobo i have tested each ram individually no problem but when i run it dual channel this problem occurs
so plz tell me how to fix it above i have given cpu z screenshot so plz tell me how to adjust these two rams

pull the ram in slot 1 replace it with the ram in slot 3. as its likely mismatching the timings with slot 2 and 3
if your gaming 8 gig is all you need. and you wont have to mess with anything in bios.

the stuff currently in slot 1 is branded the same but as you can see its not. it has different jdecs so when the ram is set to auto the mmu is having to mix and match.
as for a step by step on how to set the ram timings your best bet is to get a guy in who knows his apples to show and explain it to you, as it can sometimes be finikey.

so can u tell me how to match jdecs correctly in the bios as they are of same brand and
are u sure that if i set the frequency same will it fix my issue and can u tell me what is the exact problem with these ram i mean it ran fine on desktop but i get the error only while in extrreme gaming

your getting the error when your stressing the mmu. thats why it appears stable during general use but falling over when you play games.

changing the ram timings is dependant on the options in bios.
most of the time you turn memory control from auto to manual then set the ram timings accordingly.
on some boards your given options like quick where you just set the timings for the first stick and it will automatically set the rest of the ram to the same timings. but to use this you will need all the rams timings not jut the 9-9-9-24 timings.
(sysoft sandra or hw monitor will give you the complete timings)

either way you will still want to swap the 3rd and first sticks at the very least. as the system will be more stable while using the first 8 gig of ram.

do you have 2 4gb sticks or 1 4gb and 1 8gb stick. why do you have 3 cpu z pictures?

Go to your Bios -> advanced settings -> Memory Timings and change it to ddr3-1066 instead of DDR3-1333. Also set all the Dram timings to auto, and see it it helps when you game.

You can also use memtest86+ to stress test your RAM to see if any of your RAM sticks are defective.Run atleast 3 passes (perhaps overnight).

that means you have bad memory sticks, you have to replace them. check if your memory vendor has a warranty replacement for it, if not get corsair or gskill memory.

It is a hardware error, there is no way around it.
